Se state cercando un negozio di pasta fresca e prodotti tipici salentini non potete non passare da Simona! Pasta fresca che sa di casa come tutto quello che vendono: melanzane ripiene, parmigiana, polpette di melanzane fritte (le mie preferite) e polpettine al sugo. Tutti ottimi prodotti che ti fanno ricordare i pranzi dalla nonna. Consigliatissimo

Dalla proprietaria Simona trovi orecchiette, maccheroni, sagne 'ncannulate fatte con vari tipi di farina (senatore cappelli, farro ecc), le paste ripiene sono gustose e particolari (patate e speck, ricotta e spinaci, carne), ma il top, a mio giudizio, sono gli gnocchi fatti con vere patate (non polverine e preparati) e i tortellini, tanto buoni da fare concorrenza a quelli bolognesi. Per me, Top!!!!
